Variable belt conveyor for mattresses
Variable belt conveyor for mattresses designed for automatically adjust the width to adjust the size of the mattress. Belt conveyor can be made with different amount of belts according to the transported item. Here are shown two different belt conveyors, one with 5 belts for soft mattresses, and one with 2 belts for a more firm mattress e.g. spring mattresses with wooden frame.
The variable belt conveyor can be made with or without supporting plate at the ends, according tote conveyors purposes.
Variable roller conveyor with belt drive and fixation
Variable roller conveyor with belt drive is designed for transport of beds and bed frames with different widths. In order to run different widths, one of the rollers has a movable side. This variable conveyor is manually adjusted, and is constructed to be integrated into a roller conveyor system.
Double variable roller conveyor with belt drive and fixation
The double variable roller conveyor with belt drive is designed to transport beds and bed frames in different widths. In order to run different bed frame widths, one part of the rollers has a movable side. The double variable roller conveyor has an integrated pneumatic fixation that holds the beds and bed frames in the desired position.
