Spring Core Unwinder

The spring core unwinder is specially developed for rewinding of cores for spring mattresses. The core is positioned manually by using lifting equipment. The unwinder is built in two different widths. It can be combined with an unwinder table specially made for this machine.

The core is placed manually using lifting equipment or truck.

The spring core unwinder can be connected with an unwinder table.

Sled

The sled is built to receive items from a robot, and moves back and forth by a gear motor. The sled is installed with a belt conveyor, which is designed to deliver spring cores to the following roller conveyor.

Unwinding table

The unwinding table is specially designed to receive spring mattress cores in their true form after being unwinded. The unwinding table is built in two different widths and two different lengths. The table consists of a tabletop, divided with a center chain. The chain has a forward driven design which is being raised and lowered pneumatically.
