Invector have designed 2 types of pressing units.
Preasure machine for foam and spring
This machine is designed to press down foam that have been glued together. The pressing unit can be combined with other machines for the mattress production. See the machine in a complete production line here, Invector Assembly line. This line automatically glues and assembles mattress units, as foam and spring units, together.
The pressing machine is lifted and lowered pneumatically.
Press machine for bed frames
The other pressing machine is typically used when the produced bed consist of a wooden frame.
The unit presses down the mattress with wooden frame in order to mount the textil tightly on the inside of the bed frame.
Before the press machine receives the mattress, the mattress is turned around 180 degrees. Then the press machine can press on the bed frame, that is the bottom of the bed.
This type of pressing machine is also lifted and lowered pneumatically.
