Rotation machines for mattress production

Invector has developed many rotation machines for the mattress production. Machines that can turn around, lift, rotate stacks of mattresses and/or single mattresses. Here is a selection of our rotation machines.

Mattress Flipper with belt conveyor

The Mattress Flipper is designed to rotate the mattress 180 degrees around its own axis and can be designed to have a forward or sideways rotation. The machine is mounted with two belt conveyors for a load and unload function.

These machines are designed to rotate one mattress at a time. The mattress flipper with sideways rotation is integrated into a system where a mattress with a wooden base is flipped around in order to fasten the bed cover on the inside of the wooden base.

Raising machine – from horizontal to vertical

The raising machine is designed to raise a horizontal stacked of mattresses so they are palletized vertical. A stack of mattresses is sent to the raising machine by a roller conveyor. A pallet is transported to the front of the machine, where the stack of mattresses is raised from horizontal to vertical on the pallet.

Stack inverter for mattresses

180 degrees stack inverter

The machine inverts a stack of mattresses or bed frames 180 degrees. A stack of beds is transported to the stack inverter, where they are rotated 180 degrees. Subsequently the flipped stack is transported further by roller conveyors to the next station.

The purpose of the box spring flipper is to prepare a stack of box mattresses for strapping without damaging the top or bottom mattress.

The machine grabs the top box spring of the stack, turns it around 180 degrees and puts down the box spring again. The box spring stack can now be strapped to the wooden sides of the box springs, on the top and in the bottom.

With the box spring flipper you avoid heavy lifting, awkward working positions and working injuries. The machine is fully automatic and a quick and easy way to flip both large and small mattresses.

The machine can be combined with other production facilities.
